What is Happening in the World of PMI?
- Our packaging division can provide custom packaging services for our customers. These include kits, custom labeling, and heat sealing. We can do a turnkey program that includes the purchase, inspection, and stocking of the parts to be packaged.
- If you require special coatings, heat treat, adhesive patches, painting, and machining, we can be provide these options through our outside secondary sources.
- We can supply a wide range of plastic fasteners, and other components to compliment our other hardware capabilities.
- Our thanks to many of the PMI customers and suppliers who have been able to maintain operations in support of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the obstacles they face these companies have embraced the need to provide products and services for those who are struggling during these difficult times.
What’s New at PMI?
- We have completed the move to a new more efficient facility just up the street from our old location.
- Congratulations to Donald Schanaberger who recently achieved certification as a quality inspector from the American Society for Quality.
- Recent staff additions in sales support and material handling have been completed. We welcome our new associates to the team.
- On April 1st, 2019 Production Materials Inc. finished its 39th year of operation. Thanks to all of our customers and suppliers for their support.
- PMI is now certified to the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard.
- We are excited to be participating in a program to supply hardware components for a new product that is currently in the test phase by one of our customers. We are pleased to be able to work with them on this exciting foray into a new market segment.
